Broccoli Ginger Pineapple Punch (from Jason Vale)
- 3/4 medium Pineapple
- 2″ Broccoli
- 1.5″ ginger root
- small handful of ice cubes
Juice, then add ice cubes and enjoy. This packs a nutritious punch and is great if you need energy to get through the day. Broccoli has Vitamin A, C, and K. The ginger and pineapple have anti-inflammatory nutrients.
